Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at our store.

Due to international long‑distance shipping to Liberia, please note our policy:

1. Please check your goods immediately upon receipt. If items arrive damaged or defective, please send us photos within 7 calendar days after receiving the parcel. We will offer replacement or partial refund.

2. We do NOT support free return shipping. Return shipping cost shall be borne by the buyer.

3. Products caused by man‑made damage, wrong order by customer, are not eligible for refund or exchange.

4. Refund will be processed within 7‑14 working days after we receive and inspect returned goods. The refund will go back to your original payment card.

5. Shipping fees are non‑refundable.
